Weather Protection. The Contractor shall, at all times, provide protection against weather, so as to maintain all Work, materials, apparatus and fixtures free from injury or damages.
Weather Protection. (1) The Construction Manager shall ascertain what temporary enclosures, if any, of building areas should be provided for and may be provided as a practical matter, in order to assure orderly progress of the work in periods when extreme weather conditions are likely to be experienced. He shall submit to the Construction Team his recommendations as to needed requirements of this nature and as to the contract or contracts in which they should be included.
