Common use of Weather Protection Clause in Contracts

Weather Protection. The Contractor shall provide temporary enclosures of building areas in order to assure orderly progress of the Work during periods when extreme weather conditions are likely to be experienced. The Contractor shall also be responsible for providing weather protection for Work in progress and for materials stored on the Project Site. A contingency plan shall be prepared upon request of the Owner for weather conditions that may affect the construction.
