Website and Social Media Support. The CNA shall provide technical support and assistance to the Commission in refreshing and maintaining content and development on the xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx website. This may take the form of engagement between the CNA’s social media channels and the Commission’s. The CNA shall monitor and track utilization of social media and submit quarterly reports to the Commission that include web analytics and metrics, consistent with best industry practices or such others as may be determined by the Commission. The Commission will consult with the CNA on other website and social media activities, in accordance with the annual Strategic Communications Plan.
