At the moment, the main goal of the website is to provide information on the project and its goals while facilitating interested parties to get in touch with the project. Of course, the website will be a work-in-progress throughout the duration of the project. It will be constantly populated with information about events, as well as talks, publications and news. A particular section of the website hosts a “Research blog” where ESRs will describe, through articles or podcasts, the progress of their research to the general public, patients, parents and policy makers. Video material on the research findings will also be uploaded in this blog.

  • Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.

The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement.
