Website Notice. Within five (5) business days of entry of the Preliminary Approval order, the Settlement Administrator will post the Website Notice in a user- accessible format on the Settlement Website. 4.4.1. Class Counsel, Defendants’ Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator will jointly select the domain name for the Settlement Website. 4.4.2. The Settlement Website will include the claims forms and Opt-Out Form; answers to frequently asked questions; a list of important deadlines; case documents; and the contact information for the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel. Defendants’ Counsel and Class Counsel must agree to any additions or revisions to the Settlement Website design or content. 4.4.3. The Settlement Website will remain active for at least one hundred eighty (180) days following the Effective Date of the Settlement, or until ninety (90) days after the second distribution in § 2.5. However, the Settlement Administrator will disable online submissions through the claim form and the Opt-Out Form immediately following the Claims Deadline and the Objection and Exclusion Deadline.
