Weekend Scheduling (LPNs) Salem Campus Only. Licensed Practical Nurses will be scheduled for not more than seven (7) weekends, of which no more than two (2) will be successive, in a thirteen (13) week calendar quarter unless individual employees request in writing to work more weekends. LPNs who have volunteered to work more than seven (7) weekends in a quarter may withdraw such authorization upon four (4) weeks written notice in advance of the next quarter. Exceptions to this provision may occur in the event the administrator of the Hospital or Outpatient Clinic declares a patient care emergency.
