Weekly Construction Meetings. Up to two (2) BHC staff will attend up to twenty (20) weekly construction progress meetings in person for up to one (1) hour each. BHC will prepare agenda and meeting minutes with an average effort of one (1) hour to prepare agenda and minutes per meeting.
Weekly Construction Meetings. Conduct weekly construction meetings with the Contractor’s representative(s) and City’s representative to assist in implementing the construction process. Prepare and e-mail agendas before the meetings and meeting notes after the meetings. Project Engineer and other design personnel will participate in the meetings by teleconference as necessary. Client Responsibilities:
1. Attend initial construction conferences, design and construction progress and other job related meetings, and Substantial Completion and final payment inspections.
2. Provide Consultant with the findings and reports generated by the entities providing laboratory, inspection, or monitoring services other than those being provided by Consultant.
3. Additional or extended services will be provided under a separate negotiated contract amendment if necessary due to circumstances beyond Consultant control.
Weekly Construction Meetings. Schedule and coordinate weekly construction progress meetings between the Contractor, Agency Project Manager, Engineer, utilities, subcontractors, and subconsultants to discuss project schedule, payment, and other issues.
Weekly Construction Meetings. Conduct weekly construction meetings attended by the County, Architect and others to discuss and resolve such matters as progress, quality, and scheduling. Monitor action item responsibility, and prepare and promptly distribute minutes of these meetings to the County, Architect and others as necessary.
Weekly Construction Meetings. Wallis will conduct a pre-construction meeting with City staff, the Contractor, project design team subconsultants (as needed), DOE representatives, and representatives of the utility companies. At this meeting, we will effectively communicate the requirements associated with the funding and regulatory agencies, and those areas of the project which will require special attention during construction. In addition to the pre-con, Wallis will attend weekly construction meetings to discuss the Contractor’s progress and schedule, materials, and other issues of note. A total of 70 meetings are budgeted for this task. We will provide submittal review for all construction submittals throughout the project. Our construction manager will distribute submittals to the relevant design engineer for submittal review, and will distribute submittal reviews to the Contractor following comment. We will prepare and manage a submittal log recording activities for all submittals.

City staff shall provide meeting agenda and will incorporate Look‐ahead Schedule prepared by Contractor. 1. The purpose of these meetings is to identify any potential field problems and other issues regarding the project, as well as to review the project progress versus the project schedule.
Weekly Construction Meetings. A. Services: CONSULTANT PROJECT Engineer and Structural Engineershall attend weekly virtual ZOOM or teleconference meetings with CITY and contractor to discuss progress of construction, weekly construction schedule and pending field activities, status of material submittals, scheduling of CITY inspections and related issues. CITY will prepare meeting agendas and schedule and conduct the meetings. Up to 24 weekly construction meetings are anticipated. In addition to the 8 general site visits listed under Task 6.02.2, four (4) of these weekly construction meetings can be conducted on site, at the CITY’s discretion.
