Weekly Construction Meetings. A. Services: CONSULTANT PROJECT Engineer and Structural Engineershall attend weekly virtual ZOOM or teleconference meetings with CITY and contractor to discuss progress of construction, weekly construction schedule and pending field activities, status of material submittals, scheduling of CITY inspections and related issues. CITY will prepare meeting agendas and schedule and conduct the meetings. Up to 24 weekly construction meetings are anticipated. In addition to the 8 general site visits listed under Task 6.02.2, four (4) of these weekly construction meetings can be conducted on site, at the CITY’s discretion.

Weekly Construction Meetings. Schedule and coordinate weekly construction progress meetings between the Contractor, Agency Project Manager, Engineer, utilities, subcontractors, and subconsultants to discuss project schedule, payment, and other issues.
Weekly Construction Meetings. Xxxxxx will conduct a pre-construction meeting with City staff, the Contractor, project design team subconsultants (as needed), DOE representatives, and representatives of the utility companies. At this meeting, we will effectively communicate the requirements associated with the funding and regulatory agencies, and those areas of the project which will require special attention during construction. In addition to the pre-con, Xxxxxx will attend weekly construction meetings to discuss the Contractor’s progress and schedule, materials, and other issues of note. A total of 52 additional meetings are budgeted for this supplement to account for the yearlong extension. We will provide submittal review for all construction submittals throughout the project. Our construction manager will distribute submittals to the relevant design engineer for submittal review, and will distribute submittal reviews to the Contractor following comment. We will prepare and manage a submittal log recording activities for all submittals. No additional time is allocated to submittal review as part of this supplement.

Weekly Construction Meetings. Conduct weekly construction meetings attended by the County, Architect and others to discuss and resolve such matters as progress, quality, and scheduling. Monitor action item responsibility, and prepare and promptly distribute minutes of these meetings to the County, Architect and others as necessary.

  • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request.   • Certain Matters of Construction The terms “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular section, paragraph or subdivision. Any pronoun used shall be deemed to cover all genders. All calculations of fundings of the Loans, and payments of Obligations shall be in Dollars and, unless the context otherwise requires, all determinations made from time to time under the Loan Documents shall be made in light of the circumstances existing at such time. Borrowers shall have the burden of establishing any alleged negligence, misconduct or lack of good faith by any Lender under any Loan Documents. No provision of any Loan Documents shall be construed against any party by reason of such party having, or being deemed to have, drafted the provision.

  • Counting Votes and Recording Action of Meetings The vote upon any resolution submitted to any meeting of Holders of Securities of any series shall be by written ballots on which shall be subscribed the signatures of the Holders of Securities of such series or of their representatives by proxy and the principal amounts and serial numbers of the Outstanding Securities of such series held or represented by them. The permanent chairman of the meeting shall appoint two inspectors of votes who shall count all votes cast at the meeting for or against any resolution and who shall make and file with the secretary of the meeting their verified written reports in duplicate of all votes cast at the meeting. A record, at least in duplicate, of the proceedings of each meeting of Holders of Securities of any Series shall be prepared by the secretary of the meeting and there shall be attached to said record the original reports of the inspectors of votes on any vote by ballot taken thereat and affidavits by one or more persons having knowledge of the fact, setting forth a copy of the notice of the meeting and showing that said notice was given as provided in Section 1502 and, if applicable, Section 1504. Each copy shall be signed and verified by the affidavits of the permanent chairman and secretary of the meeting and one such copy shall be delivered to the Company and another to the Trustee to be preserved by the Trustee, the latter to have attached thereto the ballots voted at the meeting. Any record so signed and verified shall be conclusive evidence of the matters therein stated.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.
