Common use of Welfare Benefits Clause in Contracts

Welfare Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive and/or his eligible dependents, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including any medical, prescription, dental disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) generally available to other senior executives of the Company.

Welfare Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive and/or and his eligible dependents, as the case may be, family shall be eligible for participation in to participate in, and shall receive all benefits under under, welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including any medical, prescription, dental dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) generally available applicable to other comparable senior executives of the Company, in accordance with their terms as in effect from time to time.

During the Employment Period, Executive and/or and his eligible dependents, as the case may be, family shall be eligible for participation to participate in at the highest level, and shall receive all benefits under under, any Company's welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided or made generally available by the Company to Senior Management (including any medical, prescriptiondental, dental disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) generally available ), in accordance with their terms as in effect from time to other senior executives of the Companytime.

Such welfare benefits shall include, at a minimum, full family medical and dental insurance coverage paid entirely by Company.

During the Employment Period, Executive Employee and/or his eligible dependentsfamily, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including any medical, prescription, dental dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) generally available applicable to other senior executives of officers in positions commensurate with Employee’s position at the Company.

Welfare Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive and/or his eligible dependentsfamily, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company (including any medical, prescription, dental dental, disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs) generally available applicable to other senior executives of the Company. Specifically, the Company shall provide medical insurance benefits to Executive and Executive’s immediate family members at the Company’s expense.

During the Employment Period, Executive and/or and his eligible dependents, as the case may be, family shall be eligible for participation in to participate in, and shall receive all benefits under under, any Company’s welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided or made generally available by the Company to Senior Management (including any medical, prescriptiondental, dental vision, short and long term disability, salary continuance, employee life, group life, dependent group-term life, accidental death and travel accident dismemberment (AD&D) insurance plans and programs) generally available ), in accordance with their terms as in effect from time to other senior executives of the Companytime.
