Common use of WELFARE PLAN AND PENSION PLAN Clause in Contracts

WELFARE PLAN AND PENSION PLAN. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Multi-Local Welfare Trust Fund of Ontario on the following basis: Effective May the Employer shall pay one dollar and sixteen cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee into the said Fund. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada one dollar per hour for each hour worked by each employee into the said Fund.

The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Northern Ontario Labourers' Multi-Local Welfare Trust Fund a welfare contribution in the amount of Ontario on the following basis: Effective May the Employer shall pay one dollar and sixteen eighty cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee into the said Fundemployee. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada one dollar the sum of sixty-five cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee into the said Fundemployee.
