Common use of Wellness Payments Clause in Contracts

Wellness Payments. If permitted by Minnesota Statutes and IRS Code Section 457, the employee may choose to direct the District to deposit the Reimbursement for Unused Basic Leave (Wellness Payment), as defined in Article VI, Section A, Subd. (1) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, into the TSA investment selected under either the CTT Plan or Retirement Savings Plan designated by the employee without match by the District.
