FTO Pay. 1. Employees, other than MPOs, who are assigned Field Training Officer responsibilities, shall receive an FTO differential of $3.50 per hour for each hour worked while training.
FTO Pay. Employees who serve as Field Training Officers (FTO’s), including any officer acting in this capacity, shall receive one and one-half (1 1/2) hour of straight-time pay per day worked as an FTO. The length of the training periods shall be as designated by the Chief of Police.
FTO Pay. An employee performing FTO duties shall be paid an additional 12.5% of base wage plus longevity for each hour worked while performing these duties.

The supervising Sergeant in charge of field training shall receive $50 per week stipend during an 18 week field training cycle.

FTO Pay. An employee assigned in writing and as directed by department management to be a field training officer (FTO) shall be paid an additional $20 per pay period. This amount will be increased to $50 per pay period during any period in which the employee is assigned to work with a trainee as an FTO.
FTO Pay. Any bargaining unit employee who is designated as a Field Training Officer (FTO) or is assigned an employee to train shall receive a premium pay adjustment of three dollars ($3.00) for each hour worked while assigned a trainee.
FTO Pay. Any employee assigned by the Chief of Police or his designee to be a FTO (Field Training Officer) shall be paid $1.00/hour for each eight (8) hour shift or part of a shift that they are acting in that capacity.
