Common use of Western Washington Apprenticeship and Training Trust Clause in Contracts

Western Washington Apprenticeship and Training Trust. Effective July 1, 2018, for each Employee, the Employer shall pay fifty-two ($0.52) cents per compensable hour into the Western Washington Apprenticeship and Training Trust. This amount may be adjusted on the anniversary date through the end of the Agreement.

This amount may be adjusted on the anniversary date through the end of the Agreement.

Effective July 1, 20182019, for each Employee, the Employer shall pay fifty-two ($0.52) cents per compensable hour into the Western Washington Apprenticeship and Training TrustTrust $0.42 per compensable hour for each Employee. This amount may be adjusted on the anniversary date through the end of the AgreementAgreement as set forth in Section 17.1.
