  • Dark Fiber 8.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by CBB, Verizon shall provide CBB with access to unbundled Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions provided in the Pricing Attachment and rates, terms and conditions of Verizon’s applicable Tariffs. Access to unbundled Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF will be provided by Verizon only where existing facilities are available. Access to Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF consist of Verizon optical transmission facilities without attached multiplexers, aggregation or other electronics. To the extent Verizon’s Dark Fiber Loops, Dark Fiber Sub-Loops and Dark Fiber IOF contain any lightwave repeaters (e.g., regenerators or optical amplifiers) installed thereon, Verizon shall not remove the same. Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, the following terms and conditions apply to Verizon's Dark Fiber offerings.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Local Switching BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 3.1.3 to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service. BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to packet switching capability on an unbundled basis to Mpower for the provision of a telecommunications service only in the limited circumstance described below in Section 3.3.4.6.

  • TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD 14.01 The Employer shall remunerate employees for travel time and mileage as follows:

  • Copper Subloops Sprint will make available access to copper subloops on an unbundled basis. A copper subloop is a portion of a Copper Loop, or Hybrid Loop, and is comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable that acts as a transmission facility between any accessible terminal in Sprint’s outside plant, including inside wire owned or controlled by Sprint, and the end-user customer premises. A copper subloop can also include intermediate devices, such as repeaters, used to establish the transmission path. Copper subloops can be used by CLEC to provide voice-grade services as well as digital subscriber line services. Access to copper subloops is subject to the collocation provisions of this Agreement. Copper subloop consists of the distribution portion of the copper loop. Sprint is not obligated to offer feeder loop plant as a stand-alone UNE.

  • Trench Rock Trench rock is defined as any material that must be removed from a trench that cannot be excavated with a hydraulic excavator having a bucket curling force rated at not less than 18,300 pounds (Caterpillar Model 215 or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one-half cubic yard.

  • Queue Position The order of a valid Interconnection Application, relative to all other pending valid Interconnection Applications, that is established based upon the date- and time- of receipt of the complete Interconnection Application as described in Section 4.7 of the Overview ProcessError!   • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

Indonesia masih mengejar kepentingannya untuk memenuhi perundingan ulang terkait tarif bea masuk xxx tarif impor yang belum terlaksana secara efektif. Selain berkenaan tentang kepentingan nasional, Indonesia sebenarnya juga tidak menetapkan tujuan yang jelas yang akan dicapai dalam kerjasama ekonomi ini. Diplomasi ekonomi yang diupayakan indonesia dalam kerjasama ekonomi bilateral ini didasari oleh beberapa faktor seperti latar belakang sejarah, hubungan perdagangan xxxx xxxxxx menguntungkan, xxx juga kemajuan perekonomian Jepang. Indonesia juga bergantung kepada situasi ekonomi Jepang karena kegiatan impor,ekspor, xxx investasi yang berlangsung memberi dampak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dilihat dari nilai perdagangan yang terus mengalami tren kenaikan. Meskipun menguntungkan,Indonesia harus terus bersikap tegas dalam melaksanakan perjanjian ini xxxxxx xxxxx banyak kepentingan nasional dari kerjasama bilateral ini yang belum sepenuhnya tercapai. Melalui analisis komprehensif terhadap kendala yang tidak kondusif bagi Indonesia dalam tinjauan umum IJEPA.
