When is the Damage Excess payable. Unless You have expressly authorised a charge to Your credit card at an earlier time an amount up to, but not exceeding, the Damage Excess will be charged to Your credit card: (a) for single vehicle Accidents, after a repairer's estimate or tax invoice verifying the amount charged for Damage has been sent to You; (b) if the Vehicle has been stolen, after We have made reasonable enquiries and in Our opinion it is unlikely the Vehicle will be recovered; and (c) for Accidents in which there is also Third Party Loss, after We have made an estimate of Your total liability. Supporting documents and particulars of the claim for Third Party Loss will be forwarded to You as soon as practicable.
