Provision of Services cost: At the commencement, and any novation, or extension of the tenancy, including if you exceed the fixed term of the tenancy and move on to a periodic tenancy you must pay £100, to cover our reasonable costs in connection with the provision of utilities, TV licence, and broadband internet service at the property; and £50 for the novation of the tenancy.
