Common use of Whenever Client Personal Clause in Contracts

Whenever Client Personal. Data is returned to the Client (with all copies of the Client Personal Data in Sub-Processor’s possession being deleted) or deleted at the Client’s request, under the terms of Art. 8.1. or Art. 8.2., the Sub-Processor will provide a statement to the Client assuring such a return and / or deletion without undue delay, and no later than Thirty (30) from the date on which the return and / or deletion is carried out.
