Excluded Personnel. The Union will not represent anyone in a supervisory capacity or other representatives of management.
Excluded Personnel. Excluded personnel shall not perform bargaining unit work, except for the purpose of instruction, experimentation or in emergencies when bargaining unit employees are not available.
Excluded Personnel. The parties recognize that it is desirable that qualified administrative personnel who are not covered by this Agreement assume teaching duties where their administrative duties permit. The nature and extent of these teaching duties will be established after consultation with the Union. It is agreed, however, that the teaching function performed by such excluded employees shall not result in the displacement of any existing employee covered by this Agreement.
Excluded Personnel. 32.01 The Association and the Company agree that it is important to promote the value of working together and teamwork within the workplace.
32.02 The Company will not cause its management or supervisory staff to routinely do work that would otherwise be assigned to members of the Association.
Excluded Personnel. Personnel other than members of the Bargaining Unit shall not perform work that would come under the terms of this Agreement but may do so if:
(a) instructing an employee or employees;
(b) experimenting;
(c) an emergency; provided that the act of performing the aforementioned oper- ations, in itself, does not reduce the hours of work or pay of any employee.
Excluded Personnel. The following positions do not form part of the bargaining unit but rather are considered to be part of the excluded management group: General Manager Division Manager Operations Manager Mechanical superintendents Road superintendents Technical manager Office staff Quality manager (inc. trainee/s) Bridge superintendent Program manager
Excluded Personnel. All other employees, including administrative, professional/ managerial and classified employees, confidential employees and security employees.
Excluded Personnel. It is agreed that bargaining unit work will not be performed by excluded personnel.
