Common use of Whenever one of the Clause in Contracts

Parties has cause for a press release or some other public communication on a subject matter related to the activities governed by this Agreement, then the other Party has the right to review and have final authorisation on the use of their name, any trade marks, or any other sensitive information that is likely to have an impact on their reputation or ability to carry out their business.
