Common use of Where Orders or Letters Clause in Contracts

Where Orders or Letters. of Engagement submitted under a procedure set out at Clause 3.1 are accepted by Claranet, the Customer agrees that any Claranet Affiliate may provide the Services set out therein and invoice Customer for the Fees.
