Common use of White Goods Clause in Contracts

White Goods. White Goods such as a freezer, refrigerator, water cooler, dehumidifier, air conditioner, and any other appliances containing refrigerants must be tagged certifying that all refrigerants have been removed by a certified refrigerant technician prior to their placement for collection. Contractor shall not accept for collection refrigerators or other devices known to contain chloroflouro-carbons (CFCs) unless the Residential Customer establishes the item is free of CFCs by providing a written certification of CFC removal and may be lawfully disposed or recycled at Disposal Facilities.
