Common use of Who May Attend and Vote at Meeting Clause in Contracts

Who May Attend and Vote at Meeting. To be entitled to vote at any meeting of Securityholders a person shall be a holder of one or more Securities. The only person who shall be entitled to be present or to speak at any meeting of Securityholders shall be the persons entitled to vote at such meeting and their counsel and any representatives of the Trustee and its counsel and any representatives of the Company and its counsel. When a determination of Securityholders entitled to vote at any meeting of Securityholders has been made as provided in this Section 7.04, such determination shall apply to any adjournment thereof.

When a determination of Securityholders entitled to vote at any meeting of Securityholders has been made as provided in this Section 7.04, such determination shall apply to any adjournment thereof.
