Who May Perform Make-Ready Work. Make-Ready Work shall be performed only by the Utility and/or a contractor authorized by the Utility to perform such work. If the Utility cannot perform the Make-Ready Work to accommodate Licensee’s Communications Facilities within forty-five (45) calendar days of Licensee’s request for Attachments, Licensee may seek permission from the Utility for Licensee to employ a qualified contractor to perform such work.
