Who May Perform Make-Ready Work. Make-Ready Work shall be performed only by Utility and/or a contractor authorized by Utility to perform such work. If Utility cannot perform the Make-Ready Work to accommodate Licensee’s Communications Facilities within ninety (90) calendar days of Licensee’s request for Attachments, Licensee may seek permission from Utility for Licensee to employ a qualified contractor to perform such work.
