Common use of Who May Perform Make-Ready Work Clause in Contracts

Who May Perform Make-Ready Work. Make-Ready Work shall be performed only by District and/or a contractor authorized by District to perform such work. If District cannot perform the Make-Ready Work to accommodate Licensee’s Attachments within forty-five (45) calendar days of Licensee’s request for Attachments, Licensee may seek permission from District for Licensee to employ a qualified contractor to perform such work.
