Who May Submit. This procurement is unrestricted to obtain full and open competition. Proposals from firms organized as joint ventures (JV) that have associated specifically for this project must include a copy of the legal joint venture agreement in the proposal submission.
Who May Submit. Competition for this acquisition is unrestricted to business size. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 541690, with a small business size standard, in dollars, of $6.5 Million. The intent of this Solicitation is to select one contractor to serve as chairperson on a 3-member technical committee to review, evaluate and make recommendations on the procedures used in measuring and accounting for the diversion of water from Lake Michigan at Chicago by the State of Illinois. Firms formally organized as joint ventures may submit a proposal under this Solicitation. The following individuals are not eligible for selection to the committee: any Corps of Engineers employees or any employees or paid consultants of the parties of the US Supreme Court proceedings other than the consultants of the US.
