Common use of Who May Use the Services Clause in Contracts

Who May Use the Services. You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older (or other age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract with XXX.XX, and not otherwise barred from using the Services under applicable law. You may not use the Services if you conduct a Prohibited Business or are in a Prohibited Jurisdiction as specified in the appendices thereto. Our Services are offered to persons in our sole discretion as we may choose to not offer the Services or discontinue access to the Services to you or any person or entity for any reason in our sole discretion. We do not accept individuals or entities that we decide not to permit from time to time in our discretion.
