For more information visit our privacy policy.Public Benefit It is XR's understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by XR under this Settlement Agreement confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of XR that to the extent any other private party serves a notice and/or initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to XR's alleged failure to provide a warning concerning actual or alleged exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Covered Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Covered Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that XR is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.
Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
Salary Range The 20 20 - 2 0 2 1 salary range for returning teachers is $39,000 to $75,846. The 2021-2022 salary range for returning teachers is $40,500-$77,392. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $40,000 and $79,346.
Base Pay You shall be paid an annual salary ("Base Pay") of $224,000, which shall be payable in equal periodic installments according to the Corporation's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly, and subject to such withholdings and deductions as required by law. Your Base Pay shall be reviewed in April of each year by the Board of Directors, and any change in Base Pay approved by the Board shall become effective April 1 of the year in which it is approved.
Salary Reduction A reduction in pay from one step to another, which is not below the minimum rate established for the position by the salary plan. A copy of the notice of reduction shall be sent promptly to the City Manager Department for inclusion in the employee's official personnel file.

Managers Compensation Any or all Managers may receive such reasonable compensation for their services, whether in the form of salary or otherwise, with expenses, if any, as the Board may reasonably determine. Any such compensation and expense will be paid by the Member.
SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION 1. The following shall apply to employees providing instruction in adult education programs in these districts: Continuing Education employees in the Adult Education High School Completion Program (credit courses) and Adult Education Academic Upgrading Programs (Adult Basic Education, General Education Development, Pre-General Education Development, Literacy and Adult Education English Language Programs). Employees teaching Adult Education academic programs including: High School Completion Program, Pathfinder High School Completion Program, Academic Business Education Program, General Equivalency Diploma Program, Adult Basic Education Program, Adult English as a Second Language Program, and Adult Special Education Program, in the Continuing Education Division.
