Common use of WHS Clause in Contracts

WHS. (a) In performing the services required under this Contract, the Operator must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of its Workers and any persons at the Workplace (in the area under the Operator’s control), including any persons performing work at the Workplace, whether or not engaged by the Operator; and
