GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. Government Furnished Material (GFM) cited in work specification(s) and/or Statement of Work (SOW) will be shipped to the contractor’s facility. The successful offeror is to coordinate delivery of GFM with the Project Manager. Government property permanently removed from a vessel that requires a Property Administrator’s disposition instructions shall be properly prepared for shipment and be delivered as direct by the Property Administrator. GFM will be listed in paragraph 5 of Work Item(s).
1.8.1 The following is applicable to out of homeport contractors: Government Furnished Material (GFM) cited in the solicitation will be shipped to the contractor’s facility for NAVSEA and TYCOM items. The contractor is to coordinate delivery of Government Furnished Material with the Project Manager. Government property permanently removed from a vessel that requires a Property Administrator's disposition instructions shall be properly prepared for shipment and be delivered as directed by the Property Administrator. GFM will be listed in paragraph 5 of the Work Item(s).
1.8.2 The following is applicable to in homeport contractors: Government Furnished Material (GFM) cited in the solicitation will be shipped to the contractor’s facility for NAVSEA items only. The contractor is to coordinate delivery of NAVSEA Government Furnished Material with the Project Manager. The contractor is to coordinate pickup of TYCOM Government Furnished Material from the Naval Base with the Project Manager. This GFM will be available at A-30 from one building on the Naval Base. Contractor shall develop pick up schedule accordingly. Transportations costs shall be included in the contract. Change order will only be issued if there is a Government caused change to the pickup date. Government property permanently removed from a vessel that requires a Property Administrator's disposition instructions shall be properly prepared for shipment and be delivered as directed by the Property Administrator. GFM will be listed in paragraph 5 of the Work Item(s).
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. The contractor is to coordinate the delivery and/or pick- up of all Government Furnished Material (GFM) for the applicable availability cited in work specification(s), supporting drawings, references and/or Statement of Work (SOW) with the Project Manager (See CDRL A011.)

The successful offeror is to coordinate delivery, accountability, storage and transportation of Government Furnished Material with the Project Manager. Government property permanently removed from a vessel that requires a SWRMC Code 400 Property Administrator's disposition instructions shall be properly prepared for shipment and be delivered as directed by the Property Administrator. GFM will be listed in paragraph 5 of the Work Item(s) and in Exhibit C.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. Appendix B of Defense Acquisition Regulations (DAR) or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 45), titled, Government Property in Possession of Contractors, is hereby incorporated and made applicable.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. Government material that may be incorporated into, or attached to, an end item to be delivered under this contract or which may be consumed in the performance of this effort. It includes, but is not limited to, raw and processed material, parts, components, assemblies and small tools and supplies.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. 7.2.17.1 The PMP shall describe the Contractor’s arrangements for the receipt, custody, storage, care, maintenance and use of any Government Furnished Material (GFM) provided to the Contractor under the Contract.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. (a) The Government, via Management Control Activity (MCA) Distribution Code N00039, will furnish to the Contractor for use in connection with this Contract, only the Government Furnished Material set forth below: IPO MIDS CORE Software* MIDS TIO Software* MIDS ADDSI Software* MIDS CSIA Software* NSIO Software* NCP software* FDL Software* 1 EA 1 EA 1 EA 1 EA Initial: 3 Months After Contract Award. Updates version provided as available. Available on EMS Version Description Documents will be provided with the software. Deliveries shall include all source, definition, build files, and all other necessary files to create executables, plus final executables. (b) Only the material listed above in the quantities shown will be furnished by the Government notwithstanding any provisions of the specification(s) to the contrary. Government Furnished Material will be delivered, all transportation charges paid, to the cognizant contract administration office specified herein, in care of the Contractor’s plant.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. Government Furnished Material (GFM) cited in work specification(s) and/or Statement of Work (SOW) will be delivered or made available to be picked up as identified in the contract. The successful offeror is to email the SWRMC Property Administrators at xxxxx.x000.xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx, and the Project Manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx at Xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx The contractor shall be required to pick up the GFM, the contractor will pick up and transport the GFM no later than 30 days prior to the start of the availability, unless directed earlier. The contractor shall pick up the cited GFM from any and all locations within a 65-mile radius of SWRMC, San Diego Naval Base. The contractor will only be authorized to pick-up GFM in an official contractor/company vehicle, with prominent contractor/company identification on the outside of the vehicle. Privately owned vehicles are not authorized to pick-up GFM. The contractor will be required to pick-up all available GFM, including growth GFM. GFM from any and all locations within Government property or permanently removed from a vessel that requires a Property Administrator's disposition instructions shall be properly prepared for shipment and be delivered by the contractor as directed by the Property Administrator.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. 4.4.1 The Commonwealth shall deliver or provide access to GFM to the Contractor at the place and times stated in Attachment D. GFM is provided on the terms of the Contract to assist the Contractor in its demonstration of the Technology.
4.4.2 Where the Commonwealth fails to deliver or provide access to GFM in accordance with Attachment D, the Contractor may claim Postponement in accordance with Clause 7.1 of the date for the delivery of the affected part of the Technology or performance of any associated obligations, except to the extent that the failure to deliver or provide access to the GFM was caused by a default or an act or omission of the Contractor, its officers, employees, agents or Subcontractors.
4.4.3 The Parties acknowledge that, subject to clause 4.4.4, the GFM is not furnished to the Contractor for the purposes of either directing or guiding the conduct, production or design of the Technology. The Commonwealth does not warrant the suitability of GFM for any particular use or application, nor does the Commonwealth warrant the accuracy, precision or quality of the GFM. For the avoidance of doubt, any defect or deficiency in the GFM will not entitle the Contractor to any postponement under clause 7.1, except for Mandated GFM and then only to the extent clauses 4.4.4a to 4.4.4d do not apply.
GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIAL. C.7.1. All materials in each Boat Alteration (BoatAlt), Liaison Action Request (LAR), drawing, technical manual or any other reference are Contractor Furnished Materials unless otherwise indicated as Government Furnished Materials (GFM) of any Work Item or any reference cited therein. The Government will deliver all required GFM throughout the period of performance of the delivery order. The Government will coordinate and schedule GFM delivery dates within the first 20% of a contract availability. All freight GFM received by the Contractor shall be documented and submitted to the Government via DD Form 1149. C.8. SCOPE OF WORK C.8.1. NECC Combatant Craft Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multi Award Contract (MAC) will have 25, 34 and 40 Foot Patrol Boats, to include a trailer for the transportation of each boat. The Delivery Order Request for Proposal (DORFP) and resulting Delivery Order will designate the requirement for the transfer of each boat, trailer and transportation.
C.8.2. The resulting delivery order may require multiple line items within the contract. All proposals shall include pricing in each paragraph to include material and labor and the sub-paragraphs upon request of the SERMC ACO as identified in the DORFP and during post award scoping conferences. References shall be provided on each separate delivery order.
C.8.3. The Government anticipates establishing liquidated damages for certain delivery orders. The amount of the liquidated damages for such a delivery order will be stipulated in the DORFP.
C.8.4. A delivery order may consist of a single boat or multiple boats.
C.8.5. The scope of work for any delivery order may include the overhaul, repair, replacement or modification of the following systems or components: diesel engines, outboard motors, waterjets, marine gears, drive trains, trim tabs, helm and helm control cabling, helm instrumentation, hull plating, hull structure, deck plating, safety railing/lifelines, HVAC equipment, vent ducting, electrical power equipment (generators, alternators, inverters, batteries, switches, etc.), electronic equipment (navigation systems, GPS, AIS, transducers, radios, depth sounding, vessel view, satellite communications, interior communications, etc.), preservation (blasting, priming, painting, non-skid, etc.), sea chests, waster sleeves, piping/hoses/valves (seawater, freshwater, fuel, lube oil, etc.), tanks (cleaning, inspection and pressure testing), marine outfitting/furnishing (a...
