Early Access definition

Early Access means Iowa’s Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C, program for infants and toddlers. Early ACCESS is a statewide, comprehensive, interagency system of integrated early intervention services that supports eligible children and their families as defined in 281—Chapter 120.
Early Access means a version of the Product containing upcoming Fixes which is not yet subject to general release, which is released by Azul to Customers who have selected a Support Tier which includes Early Access.
Early Access means early entrance to kindergarten at age 4 or early entrance to first grade at age 5 for highly advanced gifted children who are placed in a grade level above other same aged peers based upon the following conditions:

More Definitions of Early Access

Early Access means AEG’s optionally allowing RENTER into the event installation area prior to the contracted ETIME (equipment turnover time) for the purpose of RENTER’s early setup of equipment, decorating or similar. AEG’s agreement to EARLY ACCESS shall not be an obligation upon it and AEG may alter, delay, or deny access as it deems necessary during the installation period.

Early Access means and refer to Tenant’s ability to enter Premises-A prior to the Commencement Date and Premises-B prior to the Phase II Expansion Date, for the purposes of inspecting same and for performing Tenant Work.
