Wind Up Transfers and Winding Up Procedure. On the occurrence of any Termination Event, each Delivery Vehicle Party and the Members shall procure that, and shall do all such acts and execute all such documents as may be necessary to ensure that the Winding Up Procedure set out in this Clause 20 is followed.
