Without the prior written consent of the Landlord, the Tenant shall not install any blinds, drapes, curtains or any other window coverings in the Leased Premises and shall not remove, add to or change the blinds, drapes, curtains or other window coverings installed by the Landlord from time to time. The Tenant shall keep all window coverings open or closed at various times as the Landlord may from time to time direct by the rules and regulations or otherwise.
