Winter Break Inspections. The Residence Life Office reserves the right to enter rooms and shared unit areas during the Winter Break for the purpose of conducting repairs, closing windows, checking appliances or equipment, reducing heat, ensuring vacancy (unless continued occupancy is otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 1.5 of this Agreement), inspecting the physical condition, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and ensuring the safety of the building and occupants.
