Common use of Wire Information for Payments Clause in Contracts

Wire Information for Payments. All payments to be made by Licensee to Licensing Company under this License Agreement shall be made without any deduction whatsoever (except for the tax deduction specified in Section 5.8), whether for bank transmission charges or otherwise, by wire transfer to: Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000 or such other bank account as Licensing Company may designate in writing from time to time.
