Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. E-LEARNING a) E-Learning is defined as a method of credit course delivery that relies on communication between students and teachers through the internet or any other digital platform and does not require students to be face-to-face with each other or with their teacher. Online learning shall have the same meaning as E-Learning.

Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.
Distance Learning Distance learning is a teaching modality whereby all or the majority of instruction and student interaction occurs via electronic media or equivalent mechanisms with the Faculty and students physically separated from each other. This includes courses that are fully online as well as Live online, hybrid, flipped, computer-based courses, and other alternate delivery methods.
