Common use of Withdrawal After the Quota Change Deadline Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal After the Quota Change Deadline. Programs demonstrating substantial hardship such as loss of funding or loss of accreditation may request to be withdrawn from the Match after the Quota Change Deadline. In such cases, a written request must be co-signed by the institutional official and program director and submitted to the NRMP for determination of approval. There may be no communication between fully matched applicants and programs for any reason until the general announcement of the Match results.
