Common use of Withdrawal from the Agreement by a Party Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal from the Agreement by a Party. A party may terminate their participation in the agreement by providing written notice to all parties to this Agreement of their intent to withdraw ninety days from the date of the letter. Within thirty days from the date of a termination letter, the Eliminating the Schoolhouse to Jailhouse Committee shall convene. The party wishing to terminate may withdraw at the end of the original ninety days if a resolution is not reached. An updated agreement reflecting that change shall be provided to all parties.
