WITHDRAWAL FROM THE US&R PROGRAM. Members may resign from the US&R Program by submitting a letter of resignation to the Fire Chief or designee. Members who voluntarily withdraw from the program shall not retain any program seniority or rights to a specific position. Members who have voluntarily withdrawn from the program may volunteer to participate in the program based on position availability.
