Mentor Program 1. Beginning Teachers who hold a New Mexico Level 1 /1-A teaching license are required to be in the District Mentoring Program for two (2) semesters. The Mentor Program is designed to support Level 1, Beginning Teachers in the development of their professional responsibilities. The program provides individual support for every Level 1 / 1A, Beginning Teacher from designated program approved Mentors who are Level 2 or 3 district teachers. The Mentor Teacher works directly with the Beginning Teacher to provide constructive, non-evaluative support. The goal of the Mentor Program is to retain the highest caliber of teachers.
The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. XXX will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.
Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:
Program 3.01 The Recipient declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end:
Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.
Educational Program Section 1: Employees covered by this Agreement will receive the university fee authorization program and dependent fee authorization program as currently in effect and as may be determined during the term of this agreement.
