Common use of Withdrawal of Notice Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Notice. ‌ 11.2.1 The Trustee may, at any time if an Event of Default is remedied to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee during any applicable grace period, by notice in writing to the Issuer and the relevant Agents, withdraw any notice given by the Trustee pursuant to Clause 11.1 (Actions of Agents after Notice by Trustee of an Event of Default) whereupon such Agents shall act as agents of the Issuer in accordance with the terms hereof. The Trustee shall send the Principal Paying Agent a copy of any notice which the Trustee gives under this Clause 11.2 for release into the Clearing Systems and notification to the Noteholders and Residual Certificateholders. 11.2.2 The withdrawal of any notice given by the Trustee pursuant to Clause 11.1 (Actions of Agents after Notice by Trustee of an Event of Default) shall not preclude the Trustee from issuing any other or further notices pursuant to that Clause on any subsequent occasion and at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default, no notice given by the Trustee pursuant to Clause 11.1 (Actions of Agents after Notice by Trustee of an Event of Default) shall be withdrawn except at the absolute discretion of the Trustee.
