Common use of Withdrawal of Operators Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Operators. ATOC may from time to time give the Licensee reasonable written notice of the withdrawal of an Operator from this Agreement. Upon the expiry of such notice this Agreement shall terminate with respect to that Operator and references in this Agreement to the Operators shall be construed accordingly. Such termination shall not affect any rights or obligations which have accrued at the date it occurs or the rights or obligations of the parties with respect to any other Operator.
