Withdrawal of Petition. A Petitioner who withdraws a petition may apply in writing to the Village Clerk for a refund of his initial deposit. The Manager may, in his discretion, approve the refund application less any actual fees and costs which the Village has already incurred, relative to the petition.
Withdrawal of Petition. Except as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3), an investigation under this part may be terminated by either the administering au- thority or the Commission, after notice to all parties to the investigation, upon with- drawal of the petition by the petitioner or by the administering authority if the inves- tigation was initiated under section 1671a(a) of this title.
Withdrawal of Petition. Xxxxx Investment shall not withdraw the Petition prior to when the Petition is considered for approval by the Sparks City Council.
