Withdrawal of the Company. The Company may withdraw from the Contract by sending written communication, transmitted by registered letter with return receipt or by email to the User’s address indicated in the Order Form, which must be received by the User at least 15 (fifteen) days before the effective date of the notice of withdrawal. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Company: (a) the User will not be entitled to a refund of the Fee paid before the effective date of the withdrawal; (b) the Refund due to the User will be equal to the amount due on the effective date of the withdrawal pursuant to this article.

Withdrawal of the Company. The Company may terminate the Contract by sending written notice, sent by registered letter with return receipt or by email, which must be received by the User at least 15 (fifteen) days before the effective date of the notice of termination. In this case, the User shall not be entitled to any refund of the Consideration and any consideration paid to the Company under the Agreement prior to the effective date of the withdrawal.
