Withdrawal Procedures. 1. The maximum number of times a person may withdraw from the Pool is two times per incident, with 30 days the maximum per request. Sixty (60) days maximum per incident. 2. Withdrawals of sick leave from the S.L.P. shall not require any payback by the acquiring member.
