Withdrawals from the Class C Reserve Account. Withdrawals for any Tranche of Class C Notes will be made from the applicable Class C Reserve Sub-Account as specified below.
Withdrawals from the Class C Reserve Account. Withdrawals made pursuant to this Section with respect to any tranche of Class C Notes will be made from the Class C Reserve sub-Account established for that tranche of Class C Notes only after all allocations and reallocations have been made pursuant to Sections 501, 502, 503, 505, 508 and 510, but in no event more than the amount on deposit in the applicable Class C Reserve sub-Account. Such withdrawals will be made first, as set forth in clause (a), and second, as set forth in clause (b).
