Common use of Withholding disclosure of Protected Documents Clause in Contracts

Withholding disclosure of Protected Documents. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clauses 24.1 and 34.2, but subject to Applicable Laws, the Utility shall be entitled to direct the Supplier, from time to time, to withhold the disclosure of Protected Documents (as defined herein below) to any person in pursuance of the aforesaid Clauses.
