Common use of Withholding disclosure of Protected Documents Clause in Contracts

Withholding disclosure of Protected Documents. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clauses 38.1 and 38.2, the Authority shall be entitled to direct the Concessionaire, from time to time, to withhold the disclosure of Protected Documents (as definedherein below) to any person in pursuance of the aforesaid Clauses.
