Withholding of possession of Unit till full payment. In case the Owner issues notice to the Allottee to take possession of the Commercial Space and the Car Parking Space and the Allottee fails to pay the entire dues of the Allottee within the time stipulated in the notice or is in default in compliance of any of its other obligations hereunder, then, and in such event, notwithstanding the fact that the Owner shall withhold possession of the Commercial Space and the Car Parking Space on account of such failure or default of the Allottee, the Allottee's liability to pay the taxes and outgoings as applicable in respect of the said Unit shall commence on the date of expiry of the time stipulated in the notice as aforesaid and until the Allottee pays all its dues to the Owner in respect of the said Unit and remedies the concerned default and takes physical possession of the Commercial Space and the Car Parking Space the possession of the Commercial Space and the Car Parking Space will remain with the Owner.

  • Termination for Cause with Notice to Cure Requirement Contractor may terminate this contract for the Department’s failure to perform any of its duties under this contract after giving the Department written notice of the failure. The written notice must demand performance of the stated failure within a specified period of time of not less than 30 days. If the demanded performance is not completed within the specified period, the termination is effective at the end of the specified period.
