Withholding Required by Law. If provision is made in law or regulation for taxes to be withheld by BMS, such tax shall be deducted from the royalty or other payment to be made by BMS hereunder and shall be remitted to the proper taxing authority. Payment of the royalty or other payment due to Aurora shall be net of such withholding. BMS and Aurora agree to assist the other party in claiming any exemption available from such deduction or withholdings under any double taxation or similar agreement or treaty from time to time in force.
