Common use of Without Cause by District Clause in Contracts

Without Cause by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

Without Cause by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant only for services the Services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services Services by Consultant. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by ConsultantVendor. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant Vendor or no later than three days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

In the event that District terminates this Agreement pursuant to this Section, District shall compensate Consultant for Services completed to date as a pro-rata amount of the full fees, costs, and expenses.

Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by ConsultantService Provider. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant Service Provider or no later than three days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant Contractor only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three (3) days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

Without Cause by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and Agreement. Upon this termination, District shall only be obligated to compensate Consultant only Contractor for services Services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services Services by ConsultantContractor. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant Contractor or no later than three (3) calendar days after the day date of mailing, whichever is sooner.
