Without limiting NZ On Air. s rights under the Funding Agreement, if the Producer fails to perform all its obligations under the Funding Agreement, in particular the obligation to complete and deliver all Content in accordance with the Funding Agreement, then NZ On Air may exercise any or all of the powers and rights NZ On Air has pursuant to the PPSA in respect of the Content Rights.
